1:00 – 5:00 PM: Registration. Pick up an informational packet on the neighborhood and a listing of homes for sale that will be open.  Get information on the 15-year tax abatement for new homebuyers.  Grandmont Rosedale Communities is part of the City's Neighborhood Enterprise Zone Program.

1:00 - 4:00 PM: Shuttle Bus Tours of the Neighborhood

1:00 – 5:00 PM: Open Houses of homes for sale. 

Directions: The North Rosedale Park Community House is located three blocks west of the Southfield Freeway and four blocks north of Grand River.  Take Glastonbury from either McNichols or Grand River. Look for the signs.
